In a heartwarming tradition, Toronto Maple Leafs forward Tyler Bertuzzi recently spoke to the media about his annual act of kindness. He donates his hair to a charity<\/a> supporting children with cancer and their families. For Bertuzzi, the act has been transformative – perhaps more in terms of his feelings than his look. As he noted, “You don’t need it (the hair) again (but) kids with cancer (benefit).” He noted that his act was “just for the kids and families.” Bertuzzi emphasized the impact of small gestures like donating his hair, stating, “Little things like that, you make a difference in cutting it off and donating.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
