They entered the break a staggering 18 points out of the second wild card spot, carrying a disappointing record of 20-26-3 and a dismal -28 goal differential. The team was in disarray. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uncertainty was swirling around key players like Elias Pettersson and Quinn Hughes; and, trade rumors were rampant. Currently, the team&#8217;s narrative couldn&#8217;t be more different. The Canucks, led by Head Coach Rick Tocchet, have emerged as a force in the league. An impressive five Canucks players represented the team at the All-Star Game. The team has added another All-Star player in a trade for Elias Lindholm, who showed up and immediately scored two goals for his new team in last night&#8217;s game against the Carolina Hurricanes.
